Bread Pudding

good for getting rid of stale bread. its like bread but in pudding.

ingredients

• bread - 275g
• butter - 30g
• milk - 400g
• sugar - 100g
• raisins - 80g
• eggs - 3
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

done!

directions

1. pour the ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly
2. pour the batter into a pan
3. cook for 45 minutes at 175°C

serve and eat (maybe with icecream)
