Shortbread

Delicious! Usually Served with tea.

Ingredients

• Butter - 100g
• Sugar - 40g
• Flour - 150g
• Corn Starch - 1tsp
• Baking Powder - 0.25tsp

Directions

1. Pour ingredients into a bowl
2. Mix until smooth
3. Put in a pan
4. Cook for 40mins at 160 °C
5. Wait to cool
