Pancakes

English pancakes/Crepes. Yes, there is a difference between American and English pancakes.

Ingredients

• Flour - 100g
• Eggs - 2
• Milk - 300g
• Oil - 1tbsp
• Salt - 1 pinch

Directions

1. Pour ingredients into a bowl
2. Mix until smooth
3. Cook for 1min 30sec on each side
   If the pancakes break easily while flipping them, add more egg
4. Eat!
