Carrot Cake
The frosting is not optional.
Ingredients
- Flour - 1 3/4 cups
- Baking Powder - 1 1/2tsp
- Baking Soda - 1tsp
- Cinnamon - 1/2tsp
- Eggs - 4
- Vegetable Oil - 1 cup
- Sugar - 3/4 cup
- Carrot (shredded) - 2 cups
- Vanilla - 1tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Butter - 1/2 cup
- Cream Cheese - 1 cup
- Sour Cream - 1/2 cup
- Vanilla - 1tsp

Directions
- Mix eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl.
- Slowly mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients into the bowl.
- Place a piece of cut out parchment paper at the bottom of a pan.
- Butter or oil the pan, then pour in the batter.
- Preheat an oven at 175 °C
- Cook for 45min at 175 °C
- Take the cake out of the oven and wait for it to cool.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
